This Wednesday at the LaPalme Magazine party in Los Angeles, the teen showed up in a skin-tight sparkly black mini dress that exposed her belly, legs and boobs!
Winter’s perfectly-manicured hands were covered in swanky diamond rings as she adjusted her teeny outfit.
While she yet another embarrassing wardrobe malfunction, it seemed Winter felt no shame in showing off her sexy curves – and why would she?
