Kanye West was released from a Los Angeles hospital last night after suffering a serious mental breakdown last week, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the long road to recovery has just begun!

As first reported by Radar, doctors at the hospital agreed to let Kim Kardashian's 39-year-old husband go home under the condition that he would strictly adhere to a treatment plan.

"Kanye has a medical staff staying with him, Kim and the kids that consists of two or three people until his doctors feel that it is no longer needed," said a source close to the Kardashian family.

"He will obviously continue with therapy and there is a family psychiatrist as well as psychotherapist on hand."

Since being forced into the hospital, the typically outspoken father of North, 2, and 11-month-old Saint, has yet to make a public comment about the chaos, and sources say doctors are begging him to keep quiet.

"Kanye has been urged to not go out and deal with the public until given clearance, but everyone knows that is most likely not going to happen," said the source.
