Bethenny Frankel & Jason Hoppy Ordered By Judge To Appear In Court For Custody Battle

Bethenny Frankel is headed back to court Thursday morning in another legal twist in her bitter divorce from Jason Hoppy RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned, and she’s continuing the fight with him over custody of their young daughter.

According to a source close to the situation both Bethenny and Jason have been ordered by the judge to appear regarding the latest argument over their 2-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy.

“Jason is complaining that Bethenny won’t let him see Bryn enough and that she’s been spending all of her time with her at her friend’s apartment and not in her own home,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

“Bethenny’s lawyer tried to handle Jason’s complaint but the judge wants both parents in court to discuss Bryn.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jason is fighting Bethenny for custody of Bryn and has asked the judge to impose a gag order on the talk show host regarding their marriage and child.

The former Real Housewives of New York City star admitted in an interview that she was sorry she ever married Jason but was grateful for Bryn.

“In my marriage, I made a mistake. It is what it is,” she said. “I made the wrong choice. But I do have my daughter, who is so beautiful and amazing in every way.”
