Nancy Grace was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night, and the media pundit lived up to her name, going out gracefully.

Grace — who famously nicknamed Casey Anthony “Tot Mom” — finished last in judges’ scoring on Monday’s episode. She praised her hunky Irish pro partner, Tristan MacManus, following her ouster from the ABC competition.

“I am so proud; I really cannot take the credit [for my performances] — it’s been all Tristan from the get-go,” the HLN host said following her elimination. “It’s been the whole crew at Dancing with the Stars. It’s been my whole family who took care of [my] twins so that I could dance.

“But especially to you, Trist, I thank you.”

Grace later joked of her elimination with Jimmy Kimmel in her swan song appearance, calling it “a huge miscarriage of justice.
