A date has been set for the trial of lawyer Howard K. Stern, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and medical internist Sandeep Kapoor in relation to the death of the late Playboy model, Anna Nicole Smith.
The three will get their day in court on August 4th to answer charges of conspiring to illegally provide Smith with sedatives and opiates before she died - and Howard K Stern thinks it can't come soon enough.
Stern was spitting mad outside the criminal courthouse in downtown Los Angeles on Friday, following his hearing. Lashing out at accusations that have been made about him and claiming to be "outraged" by people's claims that he killed his former lover and client, Anna Nicole.

Stern, who along with Eroshevich and Kapoor, has pled not guilty to the felony charges against him, is adamant that he is innocent, and said on Friday that he can't wait to come back to court and get the trial started so he can be fully vindicated.
