Mary-Kate Olsen arrived side-by-side with her sister Ashley Olsen to the 2014 World Of Children Awards on Friday in NYC, but something looked completely different about the former child-star turned fashion mogul – her face! The Olsen twins may have dressed the same in go-to black, but their faces weren’t so identical. It's "definitely possible" that Mary-Kate has had several surgeries to alter her appearance, claims Dr. Anthony Youn of Youn Plastic Surgery, who hasn’t treated Olsen.

“Mary-Kate’s eyebrows look much higher than before, the consequence of a possible endoscopic brow lift,” Dr. Youn claims.
