Nothing says I love you like an extravagant gift!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and her husband are about to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Dr. Paul Nassif dropped a whopping $28,000 on a luxurious present for his wife!

The couple attended Elton John's Oscar viewing party on Sunday and during the live auction Paul bid $28,000 on an 18kt white gold Chopard watch that

features a mother-of-pearl dial, 44 brilliant-cut diamonds, a white crocodile strap and Elton John's signature engraved on the back.

The money raised from the auction benefitted the Elton John AIDS Foundation. "We're huge fans of Elton John and all the philanthropic work that he does," Paul told RadarOnline.com. "I know that Adrienne loves beautiful things and I wanted to commemorate a truly unforgettable night. How could I resist the opportunity to give back to such a great cause?"

The new timepiece stunned his wife, who gushed about the extravagant present to RadarOnline.com. "Now, whenever I check the time, I'll be reminded of Paul, our sons and our wonderful first ten years together."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Adrienne is expected to return for a third season of the hit reality show, along with Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Taylor Armstrong and Brandi Glanville.

Kim Richards' family does not want her to return for another season but want her to focus on her health following her rehab stint.

However, as previously reported, Kim says that the positive lesson she learned going through rehab “doesn't make me want to walk away from anything.

"It makes me want to step out in front of everything and just say, 'You know what, anybody can do it. I don't want to walk away from anything in my life. It's part of life: facing it!"
