As RadarOnline.com broke, Christine’s Las Vegas home was the first to go on sale on July 11, 2018 for $675,000. The price was dropped to $649,000 on September 12, 2018. Realtor Janelle was forced to make another price cut on November 1, 2018 to $639,000. The final drop was made on January 16, 2019 for $614,900.
Janelle had bad luck listing her own home for sale. The 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom abode has been on the market since October 9, 2018 for $649,000. On January 23, the price was cut down to $599,900.
Janelle has only sold one condo in three years, which could be one reason all four wives have hired a new realtor!
Meri’s 5-bethroom, 5-bathroom home went on sale on January 17, 2019 for $599,900

Robyn’s 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home was listed on the same day for $619,900.
Kody purchased a plot of vacant land in Flagstaff, Arizona, which was split into four parcels on June 1, 2018. Kody and wife Janelle’s parcel of land cost $170,000 for 2.42 acres, while Kody and Robyn also put down $170,000 for 2.42 acres of land. The third parcel, which Kody shares with Meri, set them back $180,000 for 4.48 acres. Janelle is also listed on the property. As for Christine’s property, which Robyn is also listed on along with Kody, it cost $300,000 for 5.16 acres of land.
While the homes are being built, Kody bought a house with wife Christine on September 1, 2018 for $520,000. Their abode has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Robyn, who is Kody’s only legal wife, rented a $1,225,859 home on June 14, 2018, according to Trulia. She is paying $3,500 per month. Janelle is in a $374,000 rental. It is unclear where Meri is currently living.
The family’s failure to sell the homes could put them in debt. On the Sister Wives season premiere, Meri asked the family for $40,000 towards a downpayment for her bed and breakfast in Utah. Although Kody explained how he has the money in the family budget, he admitted finances are more tight than he thought. Meri was forced to purchase the home on her own.
