Lindsay Lohan has avoided jail, but the troubled star is under strict orders to abstain from alcohol, wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and submit to random weekly drug testing.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel rejected all excuses and requests from the actress Monday following a series of Lohan miscues culminating in her no-show for a court date last week.

Revel — as streamed live on RadarOnline.com — also rejected Lohan’s request to travel to Texas to film the move Inferno, because doing so would fall outside the range of her SCRAM bracelet. The judge scheduled a probation violation hearing for July 6.

The tone for the judicial proceeding was set as Lohan’s high-powered attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, unsuccessfully tried to convince the judge Lohan's no-show last week was tied to her uncle's death.

”Now you’re getting into it," the judge told the attorney, asking if Lohan attended the funeral. Holley admitted she did not.

It was a dramatic moment that showed the actress was not going to receive special treatment from the judge, who was obviously determined to hold her accountable for her actions.

Holley argued – but failed to convince the judge – that wearing the SCRAM bracelet would interfere with Lindsay’s upcoming movie and photo shoots, requesting Lohan be allowed to submit to random testing in Texas.

“She needs to submit to random drug testing here, not in Texas, there is no excuse,” Revel said, adding that Lohan couldn't migrate too far from the SCRAM headquarters located in Long Beach, California.

The judge was clearly not buying any of Lindsay’s excuses during Monday’s court proceeding.

“Failure to show for a random drug test is the same as a dirty test,” Revel warned Lohan, later adding that the only valid reason for missing one of her alcohol classes from this point on would be if she was summoned to take a random drug test.

Holley was unsuccessful in her attempts to convince the judge to let Lohan finish her required number of alcohol education classes by attending more than once a week. The judge refused that request, saying the programs are more effective on the weekly basis she assigned them. The judge invited Lindsay to go to more classes if she desired, but made it clear that only one per week would count.

In the dramatic court hearing, Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers also requested Lohan prove she had purchased a airline ticket from Cannes to the U.S.

Holley said she would present that evidence to the court.

Lohan -- wearing a black suit, white shirt and dark sunglasses -- walked into the courthouse at 8.38am PDT, accompanied by her high-powered attorney. She was due at 8.30am PDT.

Holley informed the court Lohan was not late. “We were downstairs at the appropriate time... There was an issue with security,” she said.

In a pre-hearing interview, a teary Lohan insisted she was in compliance with everything the court has ordered, slamming her father, and stating: “I have always taken responsibility for my actions. Always.”

VIDEO INTERVIEW: Lindsay Lohan Due In Court Monday; Says She Shouldn't Face Prison Or Rehab

Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant when Lohan failed to appear in court for a status hearing last Thursday.

Lohan claimed to have been stuck in France because her passport was stolen while she was promoting her latest role at the Cannes Film Festival.

But the judge took a dim view of the no-show and shot down Lindsay’s lawyers arguments with a simple, “actions speak louder than words.”

The warrant was quickly rescinded when Lohan posted $100,000 bail.

Lohan’s mother Dina later admitted, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, that her daughter was advised not to return to the US while a warrant was out for her arrest.
