EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Jon Gosselin's Secret Contract With Kate Major

Jon Gosselin signed a secret, hand-written contract with Kate Major, hiring her as his personal assistant, promising to pay her a percentage of his "accounts" and spelling out that she would not talk about their relationship.
RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the crude agreement that is a new source of trouble in Jon's already litigation-packed life. Now, a source tells RadarOnline.com, this document is likely the centerpiece in a new lawsuit against Jon for breach of contract and fraud.

"I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant," Jon wrote on the document dated July 28, 2009. Jon pledged that she could handle "some but not all future accounts" in a paragraph notable for its scratched out section.

And in language that just begs for a lawyer somewhere to hear a cash register ringing, Jon writes: "She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

Major quit her job as an entertainment magazine reporter just days earlier, after becoming suddenly romantically involved with Jon.
Jon is being sued by TLC for breach of contract. Major has been subpoenaed to give a deposition in that case.
In her part of the contract Kate wrote, "Jon and I will not comment publicly about our relationship." The reality TV dad later denied having a romantic relationship with Major, who responded with angry and teary TV interviews, recounting their weeks-long relationship.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the document was written during a weekend the couple spent together in a hotel. Kate appeared to be replacing Hailey Glassman as the love interest of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.
Kate 2.0 promised in writing, to "run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work." She pledged to give Jon approval over questions and exclude questions he nixed.
