Stacy London Talks 'Forgiveness' & 'Unblocking' Ex-Pals After Feud With Clinton Kelly
Stacy London has been feuding with former What Not To Wear co-host Clinton Kelly for years – but now it seems she's decided to let it go!
This Monday, the 48-year-old TV beauty, took to Instagram to share a touching over-night epiphany about forgiveness – months after blocking her nemesis on social media.
"Last night, I was thinking about forgiveness. It's very easy to say but sometimes not easy to do truthfully," London wrote. "If you're like me when I'm hurt I can hold a grudge. I know the old adage: being angry or vengeful or hateful to someone because they've wronged you is like taking poison expecting the other person to die."
The star then admitted that anger is much easier for her to cope with than sadness of pain, because holding a grudge makes her feel in control.
Seemingly referencing her feud with Clinton Kelly, 48, London added: "But last night (and WHY last night, I'm not sure) it occurred to me that taking action like blocking people in order to feel some sense of control over other's actions is a waste of my time."

"I can't stop people from the way they behave. I can't stop them from being angry with me, hurtful to me, or indifferent to me," she continued.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kelly admitted – in his memoir I Hate Everyone, Except You – to having "despised" his former co-star for years.
He wrote in his book that he thought the way London talked to show contestants was "awful," and after being in the same room with her for sixty hours a week he simply couldn't stand her!
Continued London in her Instagram rampage: "I can block ex-friends and ex-lovers, people I feel wronged by, but to what end? For the most part, these people aren't even looking at my accounts in the first place and even if they were, why would being able to see this highlight reel of my life matter in the slightest?"
Concluding her shocking message, Stacy London told her social media fans that while she doesn't necessarily want the people she unblocked back in her life, she thinks it's time to let the anger go, because it's only hurting her.
"Forgiveness is something you give yourself to move on, to find peace, to let go," said the star. "So I unblocked a bunch of people today. If this resonates, maybe you can too."
