Miss Kentucky finalist Christen McAllister was arrested on first-degree arson charges after setting her roommate's bed on fire during an argument, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Ironically, the 22-year-old competed in the Miss Kentucky USA pageant last month and was a Top 5 finalist.
According to reports, police and firefighters were called to the 300 block of Armstrong street at The Retreat, an off-campus housing community for the University of Louisville's Belknap Campus.
The Louisville Metro Arson Bureau said the fire broke out at approximately 12:15 a.m. on February 18, Wave 3 reports. Luckily, no one was injured from the incident.
Cops say McAllister later confessed to the crime, a Louisville Metro Police Department body camera capturing it all on tape.
Meanwhile, despite her arrest, McAllister has been actively posting on her personal Facebook page in the days after her arrest.
