Maci Bookout is ready to open up about a heartbreaking secret. In a Teen Mom OG sneak peek, Bookout revealed she suffered a miscarriage.

While at dinner with her husband Taylor McKinney, she told him that they are not welcoming another child.

“I love kids, I wouldn’t be mad about it,” McKinney responded, as she explained how she would rather adopt. He agreed that he would be open to adopting a child in the 4 to 6-year-old range.

She then said, “If you seriously want to have another baby then I’ll do it. But I still want to adopt too. If that’s really what you want naturally I want to do it now.”

Bookout then told her husband, “You’re forgetting something.”

When asked by producers, she explained that she suffered a miscarriage.

“Her name is Dandy. Dandelion,” she said, as McKinney responded, “I don’t want to talk about it.”

I think it’s important for people that are watching that we talk about it,” Bookout explained.
