Blake Griffin's Baby Mama's Homeless! Ex Claims NBA Star Refuses To Pay Her Rent
Blake Griffin's ex-fiancé said she and her two children with the NBA star are homeless and "couch surfing" since the Los Angeles Clippers basketball player kicked her out of his swanky $12 million Pacific Palisades mansion, according to court documents exclusively seen by RadarOnline.com.
In docs filed Wednesday, Brynn Cameron said she only has $100 in her personal bank account and is asking for the court to order Griffin to pay child support and establish visitation and legal custody between her and Griffin, 28.
"Through my attorney, I have repeatedly requested for Blake to financially contribute and support our two children as well as help pay for a residence for us to live," Cameron, 31, said in her declaration. "But Blake has not agreed to financially help with our housing with any certainty."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kendall Jenner's baller boyfriend filed a paternity suit against his ex-fiancé on Oct. 23. The NBA star asked for joint and legal physical custody of their two children, Ford, 4, and Finn, 1.
Griffin, 28, also filed a standard restraining order and demanded that Cameron could not take the children out of state without his consent.
In her declaration filed on Wednesday, Cameron fired back and said Griffin kicked her out of his Pacific Palisades mansion in August. She said she and the children have stayed at a hotel and also have been "couch surfing" at family and friends' homes.
Cameron said she is desperate to find a new place to stay because she was told she and the children only had until Thursday to stay at a friend's home in Manhattan Beach.
Cameron said she left her work at an advertising firm in 2013 after she gave birth to their first child, Ford. Cameron has another child, Cole, from a prior relationship.
She said she has about $5,000 in a bank account specifically for child support for her oldest son, but she has no savings or property. Cameron said she only had $100 in her personal bank account.
Griffin promised he would take care of her and the children, and had provided her a monthly allowance, Cameron claimed in court docs. The former couple had a joint bank account where Cameron said she had access to $20,000 per month, as well as a credit card with no limit.
Cameron said she and Griffin were living together like a married couple from 2014 to 2017, but the relationship went sour after they couldn't agree on the prenuptial agreement.
She said Griffin cancelled their wedding in St. Barths a week before they were to marry on July 2017.
"Blake then sporadically disappeared and lied about his whereabouts," Cameron said in her declaration. "I then learned from media reports that he started dating a high-profile reality star.
As fans know, Griffin has been dating Kendall Jenner, whom sources recently revealed to RadarOnline.com is not interested in "playing mom" amid his nasty custody battle.
Cameron said Griffin did provide one month's rent for her and the children to stay at the Manhattan Beach home after she was told to leave the Pacific Palisades mansion, but Griffin has since failed to pay for their lodging since then.
"My son Cole, and our children, Ford and Finn, were a family," Cameron said in affidavit. "Blake and I would attend family and social events as a married couple, including holiday gatherings, weddings, parties, dinners, charity events, and any other social functions. Blake's agents and the Clippers organization treated me as Blake's wife."
According to a Tracy Farryl, a certified public accountant hired by Cameron's attorneys, Griffin is posed to provide Cameron $258,368 per month in child support.
Cameron said she has agreed to joint legal and physical custody of the two children, but because of Griffin's demanding work schedule, she expects to have the children about 85 percent of the time.
