Jen Garner's Hot New Boyfriend Is Still Married — And Locked In A Bitter Divorce!
Jennifer Garner is dating a married father of two who's been blasted as "controlling" by his estranged wife in bombshell court papers, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
As Us Weekly exclusively reported, the actress, 46, has been happily hooking up with John Miller, a top-notch lawyer who also heads an international hamburger chain, for six months.
However, RadarOnline.com can confirm the CEO is still legally married — and in the midst of a nasty divorce!
Miller, 40, and his estranged wife Caroline Campbell have been locked in an ugly battle since first calling it quits on their six-year marriage in 2011.
In a blockbuster 2016 court filing obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Campbell bashed her estranged husband.
"I believe he feels satisfaction from controlling me and making me pay the price for ending the marriage," she stated.
"To avoid scenes, minimize stress on the children, and protect their happy home environment, I usually opt to go along rather than risk John's anger."
She described Miller as a "national debate top prizewinner in college," and said he graduated in the top 10 percent of Stanford University's 2003 law school class.
With that background, Miller "thrives on fast-paced, vigorous argument and competition," she stated.
Laid-back musician Campbell blamed their "major differences in personalities" and "communication styles" for their ongoing conflict.
Miller, who edited a journal about nanotechnology issues, and is also co-founder and chairman of the fast food chain CaliBurger, once lived in a trailer park, court documents indicate, but he now rents a place close to the home Garner shares with her three children in Pacific Palisades.

Friends worry that after Garner's nightmare struggle with ex-husband Ben Affleck's multiple addictions and trips to rehab, she could be jumping onto another emotional roller coaster.
"Pals are really happy Jen is finally moving on after Ben, but they want her to be with someone who will treat her with love and respect," an insider told RadarOnline.com.
"This new guy is an intellectual and obviously a great businessman, but some of the things his ex has said raise a warning flag."
"They just hope Jen hasn't been blinded by his charm and good looks."
