Howard Stern Rumored To Be Releasing Tell-All Book!

Howard Stern's "secret project" he has consistently brought up on his radio show might just be a new tell-all book, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Over the past two months, the Shock Jock, 64, has talked several times about being overly excited for the project. Most recently, on his radio show last week, he discussed having to look through old pictures for the venture.

Then, on July 17, a fan who claimed to work as a librarian said he stumbled upon an "untitled nonfiction" book added to the Simon & Schuster Canada Publishers' list.

The September 25 release entry listed the author as Stern — but within days, the author was quickly changed to "to be confirmed."

Simon & Schuster has not yet responded to RadarOnline.com's call for comment on the mystery book.

Stern's first memoir, Private Parts, was previously published by the famous publisher in 1993.

His new tell all book could address a lot of controversies over the years, including his fall-out from former sidekick Artie Lange, divorce, possible health issues, and rumored upcoming retirement.

The real question is, why would the media mogul want to keep his book a secret two months before it is allegedly set to hit shelves?
