Gavin Rossdale Moving On With Tiger Woods' Ex Elin Nordegren
t's been two years since Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage. But RadarOnline.com has learned Stefani isn't the only one who found love again.
During an interview with The Sun, Rossdale admitted he's been getting closer with Tiger Woods' ex, Elin Nordegren.
"A friend was, like, 'You have to meet Elin. She's amazing.'" Rossdale said during the sit-down. "He was trying to connect us."
"So I texted her a couple of times to say hello," Rossdale went on. "She lives in Florida. She's a really great girl. But I've never met her."
And meeting up may remain postponed since Rossdale is currently located in the UK to film The Voice while Nordegren remains in Florida.
RadarOnline.com readers know, this is the first romance for Rossdale since his scandal with his kids' nanny, Mindy Mann.
While Stefani was quick to move on with Shelton, the rocker still has hesitations about taking his relationship with Nordegren to the next level.
"I look at my boys running around the house with Nerf guns and throwing footballs and think, 'How would anyone survive?'" adding, "I'd be like, 'Oh, sorry about that — someone's just sat on your sunglasses.'
"There's only one downside, and that's the time away from my boys. They have a spring break and were going to come, but it's just not going to work out," Gavin said. "Gwen pointed out, 'You're going to be up all night, working all day. What's the point?'"
Meanwhile, Shelton has quickly filled the daddy role in Rossdale's absence.
