Caitlyn Jenner Agrees To Pay Family $800K After Deadly Crash

Caitlyn Jenner is finally settling that brutal 2015 car crash, and RadarOnline.com has learned the star will pay $800,000 to the injured family!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jenner, 68, will pay $100,000 to the two parents hurt in the accidents, as well as $50,000 to each of their two kids. The former Olympian will also dish out $500,000 for the children’s grandmother, who was sitting in the backseat of the car at the time of the brutal car crash, and who suffered severe injuries. As her lawyers stated, 74-year-old Elga Maurer sustained a cervical spine fracture to her neck.
The horrific incident occurred California’s Pacific Coast Highway on February 7, 2015. At the time, Caitlyn Jenner – who was reportedly driving above the speed limit – rear-ended Kim Howe, who was in a small car in front of the star. The push sent Howe’s car into a spiral, causing her to crash into the Millesi-Wolf family’s Hummer.
Howe’s car was demolished, and she died at the scene. The five members of the Millesi-Wolf family were wounded, and Jenner suffered no serious injuries.
After the crash, Jenner settled a lawsuit with Howe’s devastated stepchildren, but she had yet to agree to any payment of the injured family.
A part of Jenner’s settlement will be paid by her insurance, according to The Blast reports. While she was not officially charged in the car collision, she will also be responsible for paying the family $250,000 in attorney’s fees.
At the time of the accident, Jenner claimed the paparazzi following her car distracted her and caused her to bump into now-deceased Howe’s vehicle. Authorities, however, determined she was driving much too fast.
