Shocking Footage! Torture Parents’ Creepy Home Videos Show Children Before Escape

David Allen and Louise Anna Turpin renewed their vows with an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas for three years with their 13 children before they were arrested for “torture” and “child endangerment,” and RadarOnline.com has video from their creepy marital ritual.
In the home videos from 2011, 2013 and 2015, the now-incarcerated parents celebrated their wedding anniversary with mom wearing the same white strapless dress and dad in a tuxedo, surrounded by the children dressed in matching outfits, the same each year.
Elvis impersonator Kent Ripley was the officiant for the ceremony, walking Mrs. Turpin down the aisle and helping them recite their custom Elvis inspired vows.
The footage shows the children through the years, with the girls dressed in matching pink dresses and the boys in tuxedos with bowl haircuts that match their father’s grey hairstyle.
“I’m saddened and sickened,” Ripley told RadarOnline.com. “You think you know people and something like this happens.”
The Perris, Calif. parents were taken into custody on January 14, 2018 after their 17-year-old daughter escaped from a window in their home and called police to say that she and her siblings were being held hostage.
Captain Greg Fellows of the Riverside Sheriff’s Department explained what his officers encountered when they raided the Turpin home. “When deputies went in there were 3 individuals that were chained to some type of furniture in the residence.”

Capt. Fellows expanded on his description of “torture,” about the victims.
“Adults who appear that they are children and they are so malnourished, and they are living in these filthy dirty conditions, that is going to take its toll.”
The family bankruptcy attorney, Ivan Trahan, who represented the parents in 2011 told RadarOnline.com that he was "floored when I heard the news,” about their arrest. “They were very nice people. They spoke about their children highly. They looked like normal people."
Indeed, the videos showed a mother and father renewing their wedding vows three times while their children looked on and then danced with their parents in a Las Vegas wedding chapel.
