Adam Levine Threatens To Quit 'The Voice' Over Miley Cyrus Feud

The competition got tough this week on The Voice when 20 contestants battled it out for 12 spots. After it was announced that Cyrus was being replaced by Shelton's fan-favorite lady-love, Gwen Stefani, 46, for next season (as RadarOnline.com was the first to report), a source close to production said, "Adam was thrilled! He is just really glad that Miley is gone and Gwen is coming back!"

"Blake was not the same this season without Gwen there and it showed. When Gwen was a judge last season he was a ball of light and this season that light went out," the insider said.

According to the on-set source, "Adam really cannot stand Miley because he thinks that she is the most obnoxious person ever." As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the feeling is mutual!

But the hottie blonde fiancée of Aussie stud actor Liam Hemsworth was not out yet! As reported, Cyrus was going to be back on The Voice as a judge for the season after next, which is unlucky season 13! But the source told RadarOnline.com that, "Adam does not really want to return if they bring Miley back. He is that over it."

As fans know, Levine and Shelton have been on the show since it first aired. "Both Adam and Blake feel that they have run their course as judges and are highly considering both exiting at the same time, long with Gwen," the insider added.
