Business Trouble! Maci Bookout & Husband Taylor’s Clothing Company Dissolved By State

The stars of Teen Mom are always starting new businesses from makeup products to clothing lines. But while some companies fail, others are hit with shocking scandals! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney’s company TTM, Lifestyle has been dissolved.
A clerk for the Tennessee Secretary of State exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that TTM Lifestyle, LLC was dissolved by the state on August 6, 2019 and is currently listed as “inactive.”
“The company failed to file the annual report that was due on April 1, 2019,” the clerk told RadarOnline.com.
Fortunately for the couple, if they file their annual report and reinstatement paperwork, they will be an active LLC again.
The report discusses the company’s management structure, number of members, number of addresses on file and more. An inactive status doesn’t mean they are unable to sell items off the website.
This isn’t the first time Maci, 28, and Taylor, 30, have had trouble keeping up with their business paperwork.
RadarOnline.com previously reported TTM Lifestyle, LLC was listed as inactive in August 6, 2016 for failing to file the annual report.
An Application for Reinstatement was filed on December 14, 2016 and the business became active again.
The clothing business was established in 2013. Maci's husband, who she married in 2016, took over the company in 2015.
The two are often spotted wearing TTM Lifestyle clothing on social media and on the MTV show. The company sells T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, tanks, shorts, kids clothing, accessories and more. Stars of the Teen Mom franchise are often wearing items from the line to help promote the brand.

Past Scandals
This isn’t the first time TTM Lifestyle, LLC has come under fire.
Small Selection
When the line launched in November 2015, fans slammed the site for only offering sizes extra-small, small and medium. Sizes large and extra large were later added.
So Expensive!
They also came under fire for their prices. Customers slammed them for charging $42-$46 for one cotton-blend shirt.
Still Doing Well!
But the reality stars have fought through the scandals, as they continue to produce new styles and have many sold-out items.
Paying Off!
Although Maci and Taylor receive hefty MTV paychecks, the company also seems to be helping them financially.
Home Sweet Home
The two purchased a $625,000 home in September 2018. The home, which was built in 2007, features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Big Family
The home is the perfect fit for their brood. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Maci and Taylor are parents to Jayde, 4, and Maverick, 3. Maci is also mom to son Bentley, 10, from a previous relationship with Ryan Edwards. The couple has even mentioned adoption on recent episodes.
Jenelle’s Trouble
Despite the dissolved LLC, Maci and Taylor have had more luck than other stars of the franchise.

Jenelle Evans’ Universal Brow Kit was launched in early September. A source told RadarOnline.com only 150 kits were sold out of 3,000 made amid customers posting bad reviews.
Epic Fail!
RadarOnline.com then broke that the manufacture company dropped her as a client. “XJ Beauty sent Jenelle a termination letter on September 19,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “It stated that XJ Beauty will no longer be involved or work with JE Cosmetics and Jenelle Evans.”
Bad Business!
The insider continued, “All of the inventory will be sent to her by October 19. Jenelle hasn’t signed the letter yet.”
Amber’s Trouble
Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood launched online clothing boutique Forever Haute in 2016. She too failed to file her business entity report. The site has been down since earlier this year.
Legal Troubles
But it’s no surprise why Portwood let her business go. She was arrested on July 5 for domestic violence against baby daddy Andrew Glennon. He then filed for sole legal and primary physical custody of their 1-year-old son James. Both cases remain ongoing.
More Bad Business!
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra launched their children’s clothing line Tierra Reign. The last time the Instagram page posted about new products was in September 2018.

They also failed to file their annual statement two years in a row. The site has also been down.
