Kody Brown and his four wives had trouble selling their Las Vegas homes. After months on the market, Janelle is the third wife to sell her house in Nevada.
But although Kody has one more home to sell before officially saying goodbye to Sin City, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the buyer got the abode for over $74,000 less than the original asking price!
Miracle!
On Friday, April 5, Janelle’s listing was removed from real estate sites. The home was sold for $574, 900.
Desperate Deal?
The abode was originally listed for sale in October 2018 for $649,000. It was lowered to 599,900 in January 2019 and then $574,900 in March.
Finally!
On Tuesday, April 2, Christine sold her home for $599,900. She too got less than her original asking price.
Price Cuts
The house was listed for sale in July 2018 for $675,000. It was cut to $649,000 in September 2018, $639,000 in November 2018 and $614,900 in January 2019.
Best Deal!
Robyn had better luck. She sold her home for $603,000 in February 2019 after initially asking for $619,900.
Still On The Market
That leaves Meri! Her house was originally listed for sale in January 2019 for $599,900. In March, the home was cut to $574,900.
Celebrity Card!
Kody’s publicity stunt seemed to have worked! He made an appearance at the open house of Meri, Christine and Janelle on March 9 and March 10 to attract buyers.
New Homes
The family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona in August 2018. Robyn, Janelle and Meri are living into rental homes, while Kody and Christine bought a home.
Kody bought a plot of land to be split into four parcels for $820,000 in June 2018.
Money Troubles
On a recent episode, Kody rushed the move to Arizona to sell their Las Vegas homes quicker, as he said the family wouldn’t have money to pay the mortgage on their land or their rent.
