Singing Duets: Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton's Relationship Timeline

Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams get a new female cohost to replace Christina Aguilera. While Aguilera focused on expanding her family, Stefani slipped into her boots taking her place.

Stefani posted a selfie of her and Shelton with the caption, “him” following a heart emoji.

After four years of marriage Shelton and his wife Miranda Lambert released a statement to the press that they were divorcing. "This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."

Stefani also released her own statement that she was filing for divorce against husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale. "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment."

Stefani and Shelton performed together on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. Their performance raised a few eyebrows that the two might be more than “just friends.”

E! News released exclusive photos of the two at a Halloween party where they were packing on the PDA.

Later in the month, during an interview for On Air With Ryan Seacrest, Stefani was coy answering questions surrounding their relationship. Although, she did tell Seacrest that Shelton was “hot.”

Stefani showed off her birthday gift on Instagram: a horse. Shelton told ET, "I got her a horse and I got myself a horse at the same time. Gwen, she loves riding and she loves horses. It's actually so funny that people are so shocked by that, but if you can name me one girl on the planet that doesn't love horses or just thinks that they are beautiful."

The Vanity Fair Oscar's after-party was the official debut of Shelton and Stefani walking the red carpet together.

The duo took cute to a whole new level, performing a song that they wrote for Shelton’s album If I’m Honest on The Voice. Perhaps they believed that the couple that makes music together stays together.

Divorce is never easy, and Shelton told Billboard how Stefani helped him through the trying time. In the magazine he said, "It went from checking in on each other once a week through email ... to 'Hey here's my phone number if you ever want to text.' Next thing I know, I wake up and she's all I care about and I'm wondering if she feels the same about me.”

It’s the cutest interview ever with Stefani gushing over her man during an interview on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. She talked about taking him to Disneyland, his love of woods and basically gushed over everything about him.

During an interview with Howard Stern, Levine weighed in on what he thought about the new couple. “They found each other at really interesting times in their lives. It's really beautiful. Because it's in the public eye, a lot of people want to have their own … opinions about it, but I'm, like, there. I see it every day. I have a pretty unique perspective on it, and it's real, man."

The two performed another song that they cowrote together on The Voice called, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.” With lyrics like, "I never thought I'd find a love like this. But I found forever in that very first kiss. I wanna thank you, baby. You make it feel like Christmas,” it was clear that the two were head-over-heels for each other.

Shelton gave a shout-out to Stefani while she prepped for her Las Vegas show. "Setting here watching @gwenstefani rehearsals it continues to shock me the amount of GIANT hits this girl has written … I highly recommend ya'll catch her Vegas show if you can get tickets!!!"

Shelton proved just how much he loved his girlfriend’s performances with another tweet praising her Las Vegas performance … again.  "So far @gwenstefani has performed 3 shows in Las Vegas. I have been to 3… #stalker."

The song was written in 2017 and a year later the couple debuted the music video presenting them as the cutest couple preparing for the Holidays by buying a tree and making a snowman.
