The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter scored a whopping $10,000 a month in support from her ex-husband in their divorce, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Gina and Matt Kirschenheiter were locked in a bitter spilt nine years after they got married, arguing over money and their three young children after she appeared on the hit Bravo show.
The court documents filed in Orange County Superior Court revealed the almost $6,000 a month she will be receiving in child support and $5,000 a month she will be receiving in spousal support.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, during the bitter divorce, The RHOC star, 35, accused Matt of drug and alcohol abuse, and claimed he hit her when he was arrested as their divorce hit a low point.
Matt has not been charged and the case is still under review with the D.A.
Now their contentious marriage is over and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details about their financial arrangement.
Be Nice
Gina and Matt were sharing joint legal custody of Nicholas, Sienn and Luca and they were ordered to be nice to each other at child events. “The parties shall each be allowed to attend and participate in the minor children's school and/or extra-curricular activities. If both parties are at a child-related event, they shall remain peaceful at all times, and shall not communicate inappropriately, or harass the other parent while attending or participating at the activity,” the court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.
House Sharing
The RHOC star’s Coto de Caza home was put on the market as part of the divorce and was sold in May 2019 for $875,000.
Gina and Matt agreed to meet with a therapist “to work on co-parenting issues,” and they agreed to be civil to each other. “Neither parent will make, or allow others to make, negative comments about the other parent or the other parent's past or present relationships, family, or friends in the presence of the children, or on television, social media, video, or other media of any type,” the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com noted.
Money Moves
Matt was ordered to pay Gina child support to the amount of “$5,795 per month, payable one-half ($2,897.50) on the 1st of each month and one-half ($2,897.50) payable on the 15th of each month, which shall be allocated $1,153 for Nicholas, $1,731 for Sienna and $2,912 for Luca, and continuing thereafter until further order of the Court or until that child marries, dies, or is emancipated, reaches 19, or reaches 18 and is no longer a full time high school student, whichever occurs first.”
Dad’s Duty
Matt was also ordered “to pay 100% of the monthly pre-school expenses and costs for the minor children until such time that each child no longer attends pre-school,” and both parents would split the cost of extra-curricular activities.”
Cashing In
Gina’s spousal support was “the sum of $5,127.00, payable 1/2($2,563.50) on the first, 1/2($2,563.50) on the 15th of each month, until further order of the court, remarriage of Petitioner, death of either party of either party or December 1, 2022, whichever occurs first,” after the couple sold their OC home.

Gina was allowed to keep all of her jewelry and each person agreed to pay their own credit card debts, according to the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
