Witch's Lair Available! Melissa Joan Hart Rents Out Her Valley Home

Sabrina the Teenage Witch star Melissa Joan Hart is renting out her Studio City, California home for $12,500 a month.
According to real estate records from Trulia, the actress has listed the four-bedroom, two bath house as a rental after she and her family moved permanently to Lake Tahoe.
The cottage-style Valley home with 2,364 square feet is cozy, and Hart purchased it in 2014 for almost a million dollars. But it's worth much more now.
She also owns property in Connecticut and Nevada, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The longtime TV star and her husband have three kids but have moved on to a new witch's lair!
