The Duggars loves their social media. When the 19 Kids and Counting family was at the height of their popularity, the Duggars—patriarch Jim-Bob Duggar, matriarch Michelle Duggar and their 19 kids—primarily posted things on the Facebook page. They soon expanded to Instagram—and now many of the older Duggar siblings are quite active on the social media platform.

Rumor has it that the Arkansas family keeps to a strict rule about social media: No one is allowed to have an Instagram account until they are engaged. This, however, was recently debunked by Jessa Duggar. When Jessa posted a series of photos on Instagram, including one of her single oldest sister, Jana Duggar, a fan commented on wanting to follow Jana on Instagram. Another replied that it wasn't allowed if they weren't engaged, to which Jessa, who often responds to her fans' comments, wrote, "It’s not a rule, it’s just coincidence," along with a crying-laughing smiley face.

Sure enough, Jana now has her own Instagram (and isn't close to being engaged). Her twin brother, John-David Duggar, who wed Abbie Grace Burnett in 2018, also recently joined the Duggar married club on IG. “Just coincidence,” of course.

Daughters Jill Duggar and Jessa, along with their respective husbands, Derick Dillard and Ben Seewald, all post regularly on Instagram, while newly married Duggar siblings, Jinger Duggar, Joy-Anna Dugger and Josiah Duggar are all building up their Instagram followers.

And even though his wife, Anna Duggar, still posts often on Instagram, the eldest Duggar son, Josh Duggar, has taken a step back from social media since being accused of molesting five girls, including four of his sisters, when he was a teenager. He has apologized for "acting inexcusably."

This scandal caused TLC to cancel 19 Kids and Counting in 2015, but they quickly spun-off the older girls, Jessa and Jill, in Counting On and now have included several other Duggar members. The reality show focuses on the older Duggar kids as they start their families and navigate their lives.

Here's a guide to all that Duggar family Instagram goodness you just have to follow!

THE DUGGAR FAMILY

What to expect: Naturally, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's family IG account just has numerous pics of their growing family. Engagements, wedding pics, pregnancy and birth announcements, it's pretty chockful. With 19 kids, this will be a never-ending stream of Duggars. Plus, there are the promotional ads for when the elder Duggars are making speaking engagements.

Here's a preview: Like most recently when they traveled to New Zealand to talk about their life and faith. These are some cute pics of the younger Duggars.

JILL (DUGGAR) DILLARD

What to expect: The second to the oldest Duggar daughter mostly posts pics of her adorable boys, Israel and Samuel, along with husband Derick Dillard. There are also Insta-snaps of her sisters and many #blessed captions. While she doesn't necessarily show much of a silly side, Jill does have other friends and hangs out with them. So there's that.

Here's a preview: This is a cute shot of the Dillard family, snuggling in bed on a Saturday morning.

DERICK DILLARD

What to expect: Derick Dillard also loves his young family a whole bunch, with lots of photos of his kids, wife—and also his siblings and their families. Dillard is also an active missionary/pastor, with pics from his church appearances.

However, you won't be seeing him and wife Jill Dillard on the TLC spin-off show Counting On this season. Last year, Derick made controversial comments about fellow TLC star and transgender activist Jazz Jennings, criticizing her for her transgender choices. TLC promptly fired him from the show. But Dillard recently tweeted he and Jill left the show because their family was "going into a different direction."

Here's a preview: This sweet Insta-story with Jill and baby Samuel says it all. “Bedtime at the Dillard household has been fun with lots of 'firsts.'”

JESSA (DUGGAR) SEEWALD

What to expect: Jessa Duggar followed closely behind her sister, Jill, in getting married and having kids, so her Instagram is filled with pics and videos of her growing family. “It’s crazy how much has changed in our family over the past year and there’s so much more to come,” Jessa says in a super tease of the upcoming season of Counting On (via People). “Babies, relationships and milestones are always happening.”

Here's a preview: Her two young sons—Spurgeon and Henry—are the cutest things on the planet. Just look at this pic!

BEN SEEWALD

What to expect: Ben Seewald likes to post numerous Insta-snaps of his family. He is also a little more liberal in his beliefs and is very passionate about his Christian ideals, posting scripture and inspirational thoughts from his blog, TheSeewaldFamily.com. His Calvinist beliefs, however, has reportedly irked his father-in-law Jim-Bob Duggar. Calvinism is anything that happens has been chosen by God.

“Overall he’s close to the family,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “Most everyone tries to agree to overlook things that aren’t in alignment with their thinking. If there’s something that comes out they tend to work it out quickly.”

Here's a preview: At least, Ben and Jessa have a fun-loving relationship, acting silly every once in awhile.

JINGER (DUGGAR) VUOLO

What to expect: Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo in 2016 after meeting him on a mission trip to Central America in 2015 (through Jinger's sister Jessa and brother-in-law Ben Seewald). Her Instagram is filled with images from their happy life, which will soon include pics of their first child.

Here's a preview: Aren't these two just adorable?

JEREMY VUOLO

What to expect: The Vuolos live in Laredo, Texas, where Jeremy is a pastor working in his local church. His Instagram has many photos of the church and working with fellow pastors and his congregation. Plus, all the pics of his lovely wife.

Here's a preview: He and Jinger also seemed to have a great sense of humor. Like here when Jinger doesn't mind that her hubby's head is about to be crushed AKA Kids in The Hall-style.

ANNA DUGGAR

What to expect: Even though her husband, Josh Duggar, has gone dark on social media since his scandal, Anna Duggar keeps up the mantle for the family. There are not too many pics of him, but lots of their five children, along with Duggar family pics and Anna's family.

Here's a preview: This is a fun shot of the Duggars kids on Valentine's Day.

JOSIAH DUGGAR

What to expect: Josiah Duggar seems to be the only Duggar who was allowed an Instagram account before he was officially engaged to anyone. His IG started in 2015 when he was courting another girl but when that relationship didn't happen, Si kept the account and posted here and there.

Now he has entered the full Instagram stage after getting engaged to Lauren Swanson in March. The Duggar brother has been snapping away with his fianceé, along with some fun posts, eating hamburgers and pulling pranks on brother Joseph Duggar at his wedding.

Here's a preview: Josiah and Lauren apparently like to work on cars together. Josiah loves how his new bride is “not afraid to get some dirt under the nails! #Greasemonkeys #bettertogether.”

JOY-ANNA (DUGGAR) AND AUSTIN FORSYTH

What to expect: Now that Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth welcomed their first child, there's going to be lots of baby pics on the couple's joint Instagram account. These two, however, are a bit rebellious and have admitted to breaking some of the strict rules during their courting period (like holding hands and hugging), and Joy-Anna's quick pregnancy lead to shotgun wedding rumors.

Here's a preview: Nonetheless, the young couple is enjoying their time together. Forsyth recently got his pilot's license, and in this shot, he and Joy-Anna are flying to Mississippi for a wedding.

JANA DUGGAR

What to expect: As mentioned, the oldest Duggar daughter just recently joined Instagram, and she already has 295K followers. With only seven posts so far, Jana highlights her family and her Christian faith – and her love for cheese.

Here's a preview: The twining thing is strong with Jana and John-David, and this sweet happy birthday message to her bro proves it.

JOSIAH AND LAUREN DUGGAR

What to expect: Having tied the knot in summer 2018, the young couple post many pics of their adoration for each other, their starter home and plenty of shots with the Duggar family. It probably won't be too much longer before pregnancy and baby photos will dominate.

Here's a preview: Josiah and Lauren snapped this selfie before they went on their “first” married road trip, declaring life should be “fun.”

JOHN-DAVID AND ABBIE DUGGAR

What to expect: Eldest son John-David Duggar finally found his soulmate after seeing many of his siblings married before him. He and Abbie Grace Burnett tied the knot in December 2018 and their Instagram is filled with wedding pics and happy faces as they begin their lives together.

Here's a preview: This candid shot of the cute couple on Christmas brings a smile to the face.

COUNTING ON IG

What to expect: Loads of photos from the Counting On stars—the older Duggar siblings, spouses and oodles of children. Joseph Duggar and wife Kendra don't have Instagram accounts as of now, but the latest posts on the Counting On account show pics from their wedding. The new season starts this summer.

Here's a preview: Just the cute Seewald family again.
