“It’s a French tradition,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Parisians and foreign visitors write their names with a date on a padlock before throwing the key into the water below. “It symbolizes that they are all locked in love forever.”
Except for Brad. “It’s as if Shiloh was disowning her dad!” a source close to the family claimed.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the “Salt” actress has insisted that Brad ONLY spend time with the kids behind closed doors — and usually with TWO nannies present!
However, mental health expert Dr. Gilda Carle feared this kind of micromanagement and manipulation is harmful to their children.
“Angelina should not be isolating their daddy and making him out to be the bad guy!” she said. “She should be reinforcing the fact that she and daddy may not be together anymore, but THEY will always be together with their father!”
Dr. Kerby Alvy, author of “Parenting Errors” and the head of the Center for the Improvement of Child Caring, agreed, stating: “Not including the noncustodial parent in events for the family sends a very negative message to the children that their other parent is no longer a part of their family or no longer their parent!”
Despite doctors’ warnings, Angie continues to keep distance between the kids and Brad!
The Paris trip is only the latest in a string of journeys she’s taken Maddox, 16, Zahara, 13, Pax, 14, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne on in recent months.
Not only has Angie dragged them to refugee camps in Jordan and forced them to house hunt in France, she ALSO hauls them from one red carpet to the next — searching for some single-mom sympathy from the public!
