And Mom Makes Three! Ben Shacks Up With His Mother In New L.A. Love Nest

Ben Affleck is settling down, and RadarOnline.com exclusively learned he's inviting a very special lady to move in with him in his newly purchased mega love mansion – his mother! The actor, who bought the house last month, will now live less than a mile away from his old house and life with ex Jennifer Garner. Check out Affleck’s new digs!
Affleck’s brand-new home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, spread out over 13,453 square feet. It came at a price tag of a whopping $19.25 million.
But Affleck, 45, won’t have to worry about being alone in his new home. “Ben's mother will live with him temporarily to help him during the move,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
With the house so close to her former daughter-in-law, Christine Anne Boldt will have plenty of chances to see her grandkids. It’s a good thing Affleck’s mom is still on speaking terms with Garner.
“Jen and Ben’s mom have a good relationship,” the source added.
In fact, if Boldt ever gets tired of Ben’s bachelor lifestyle, she is welcome to stay down the street.
“Jen invited her to stay at her house, but gave up because Ben would be alone.”
Being alone could be a big fear in the sprawling new home, but there are worse places to be lost.

The home’s official listing describes it as an “Entertainer’s dream.”
Inside, there is a “spacious living room with fireplace, formal dining room with butler's pantry, study with built-ins and bar."
“Gourmet chef's kitchen with breakfast area opening to a large family room with fireplace and oversized sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertaining area with fireplace.”
Upstairs, the master suite has its own sitting area, dual bathrooms and two large walk-in closets.
Downstairs features a screening room, gym, family room with full bar, temperature controlled walk-in wine cellar and maid's room.
A backyard pool, spa, outdoor bbq and guest house mean any of Affleck’s visitors will be well taken care of.
Now Affleck can spend quality time with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus, and still be near his kids and former flame!
