Most Hated Man In America? Prison Guards 'Laughed' As Jeffrey Epstein Lay Unconscious From Suicide Attempt

Jeffrey Epstein is so despised even inside his own jail, guards jeered at the pedophile financier as he lay unconscious following his suicide attempt, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

“Guards were heard laughing at him as he was sprawled out on the floor, either completely unconscious or close to it,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “They were laughing and reveling in the drama. They seemed to be getting a kick out of it.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the shamed 66-year-old tried to hang himself in his jail cell on July 23.

A witness claimed he was “blue in the face” during the horrific incident.

The source further alleged the businessman’s feet were blue, and onlookers heard “gurgling sounds.”

After staff tended to the distressed Epstein, guards flipped his body from being on his back to being face-down on a stretcher. He was also handcuffed before being wheeled out.

Now, Epstein is back in his cell on 24/7 suicide watch.

Earlier this month, he was indicted on sex-trafficking charges, and accused of sexually abusing dozens of girls as young as 14. He remains in custody pending trial.

In 2008, Epstein was convicted of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution, for which he served just 13 months in a “custody with work release” program.
