Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have yet to settle their growing debt — and now a bank is asking a Los Angeles judge to make sure the couple pays up before others gets a cut of the actress' earnings!

In court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, attorneys for City National Bank are asking for an order to prevent Spelling — or anyone affiliated with her business dealings, including McDermott, her corporation Toto Entertainment Corp., her talent agent, talent manager and attorneys — from accessing her paychecks before the bank gets paid the hundreds of thousands of dollars the couple still owes.

Attorneys for City National Bank said "there is a need to restrain the Judgement Debtor" because they have yet to be paid the $266,002.73 she owes.

The bank received a default judgement on May 22, 2017 in the amount of $219,796.66 for unpaid bills, but that figure has ballooned due to the daily interest rate.

According to the affidavit, the mom of five, 46, testified in a deposition that payments from her acting jobs are paid to her company, Toto Entertainment Corp., so the bank is now asking a judge to put a full-stop from anyone getting a piece of whatever she could make from filming the 90210 reboot or other jobs.

Spelling and McDermott, 52, were scheduled to appear in court on Monday, July 1, but the case was continued to another date.

Around the same time he was supposed to be in court, McDermott posted on social media that he was in a hospital, sick from pneumonia and possibly meningitis.

A bench warrant was placed on Spelling after she failed to appear for a court hearing, but the warrant was dissolved in April after the star agreed to meet privately with the bank’s attorneys and testify concerning the case.
