Amber Portwood Skips ‘Teen Mom OG’ Reunion After Domestic Battery Arrest

Amber Portwood is laying low.

The troubled reality star failed to join her Teen Mom OG costars in New York City this weekend for the season reunion filming, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

“She did not attend,” confirmed a source close to the 29-year-old Indiana native, who was arrested and charged with felony domestic battery for allegedly attacking her baby daddy, Andrew Glennon, earlier this month. "It just wasn't a consideration with everything else she has going on right now."

Though Portwood was a no-show, her first baby daddy, Gary Shirley, and his wife, Kristina, both were spotted on the set, along with Teen Mom OG castmates Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Cheyenne Floyd.

New OG star Mackenzie McKee also posted photos from the filming.

As for rumors Portwood has been fired from the MTV show for her shocking behavior, the source insisted her employment status is “still up in the air at this time.”

RadarOnline.com first reported that the mom of two was thrown in jail after cops said she assaulted Glennon around 3 am on July 5.

According to court documents, she attacked her boyfriend of two years with a machete while he was holding their 1-year-old son, James.

In a 911 dispatch audio from the terrifying incident, an operator said he received a text from a man who said his life — and that of his baby — was in danger.

The star even allegedly put her own life in danger. Officials claimed in court papers that she threatened to commit suicide, and even swallowed a “handful” of pills before the arrest.

Now, she is forbidden from contacting Glennon until her next court hearing later this month.
