Luann de Lesseps has confessed to relapsing on alcohol – and she used traveling for her cabaret show as an excuse to avoid heading back to rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The troubled Real Housewives of New York star confessed to drinking “two glasses of mimosas” after a Chicago performance during her cabaret tour, court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com revealed. Starcasm.com was the first to report the news.

Luann’s drinking mishap occurred during her 12-month probation period. In 2018, she struck a plea deal with Palm Beach County officials after her humiliating Christmas Eve 2017 arrest where she assaulted and threatened to kill a police officer in West Palm Beach, Florida.

According to the explosive court documents, Luann reported her relapse to a Florida supervising officer on April 23, 2019.

“She was offered the opportunity to immediately enroll in outpatient treatment,” the officer stated in documents. “Delesseps stated her touring schedule will impact treatment participation.”

Additionally, the documents revealed that the Countess was given the opportunity to wear an alcohol ankle monitoring device. The reality star, however, claimed it would be “too intrusive” while she is performing, according to the papers.

“DeLesseps believes that increased participation in AA meetings would suffice,” the documents explained. “This does not address relapse.”

The papers confirmed that Luann was granted permission to travel – but the officer finds this to be an issue in order for the television star to be sober.

“She cannot participate in outpatient services because of her travel. In order to effectively address current relapse, DeLesseps has to be ‘available’ to participate," the papers stated.

The officer requested an answer from the Florida judge on how it would like to proceed on the matter.
