Leah Messer's Daughter Rushed To Hospital: 'Keep Our Girl In Your Prayers'

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is asking for prayers for her little girl, Adalynn Faith, as she continues to battle a nasty infection. As RadarOnline.com has learned, the 6-year-old was rushed to the hospital this Thursday, March 14, after experiencing pain behind her ear.
Leah, 26, took to Instagram later that day to tell viewers all about her daughter’s health scare.
Sharing a series of photos of Addie in the hospital bed smiling and making funny faces, the reality star wrote: “Even though she’s sick she was making everyone laugh in the ER. WHAT. A. DAY. Keep our girl in your prayers!”
In one shot, Addie is seen flashing a toothy smile at the camera while wearing a lavender gown, white scrunchie and hospital bracelet. In another shot, she is seen scrunching her face while being swaddled into a white blanket.
A rep for Leah told PEOPLE that Addie was suffering from an infection but was quickly improving with the help of antibiotics.
While in the hospital with her little girl, Leah shared an Instagram Story video further explaining her condition.
“My baby,” she said in the clip, as she recorded Addie playing a video game. “Underneath her ear’s swollen, like all of this right here,” Leah said while touching the sides of Addie’s neck near her glands. “It hurts her.”
“Poor baby. #medexpress” she captioned the video.
Leah’s ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, was also present. On Instagram, he shared a sweet photo of him snuggling with Addie on the hospital bed.
“Hospital with this little one all day, I hope my baby girl starts feeling better... #daddysgirl #mybabygirl #addie,” he wrote in the caption.
RadarOnline.com readers know Leah and Jeremy, 30, ended their relationship in 2015, after three years of marriage. Despite their differences, however, they have continued to co-parent Addy.
Leah is also mother to 9-year-old twins Aleeah Grace and Aliannah Hope from her marriage to Corey Simms. She recently split from boyfriend Jason Jordan.
