Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are calling it quits on their relationship — again.

“They’re done,” one source told US Weekly. “They could get back together, but it’s over for now.

A second insider told the publication that Hadid, 23, “tried hard to make it work,” but 25-year-old Malik had “a lot of his own issues that she couldn’t help him get through.”

“She cut herself off from all her friends every time they were together,” the insider added. “She focused all her time and energy on him, but it just got to be too much.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, the model and former One Direction singer first began dating in 2015 and split for the first time last March.

Just over a month later, the two rekindled their romance — but it wasn’t meant to be.

In a sign of trouble, Hadid retweeted a cryptic quote on Dec. 14 that read: “I do not owe you myself. I do not owe you any information about me beyond what i choose for you to know. I do not owe you strength when i am weak. I do not owe you answers just because you ask.”
