Comedian Kevin Barnett died of complications from pancreatitis, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The autopsy on Barnett, who was co-creator of the Fox comedy Rel, revealed he suffered from a Non Traumatic Hemorrhage, caused by pancreatitis.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, pancreatitis is a “rare disease in which the pancreas becomes inflamed.” Severe pancreatitis can result in damage to other vital organs such as the heart, lung and kidneys, and can be caused by gallstones and/or an abundance of alcohol ingestion.
