Nixing Nip & Tuck! Jennifer Aniston's Fountain Of Youth Secrets Revealed

Jennifer Aniston is opening up about the secrets of her incredible body success – and the big trick is ditching the nips and tucks!

The 49-year-old beauty, who looks younger now than she did in her 20s made a major decision about her beauty regime.

“Years ago, when all her friends were getting facelifts and fillers, Jen’s stance was that she’d grow old gracefully and avoid it at all costs,” an insider snitched exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

“Unfortunately, it didn’t quite pan out that way and she ended up conceding that Botox plus fillers were pretty unavoidable,” the source said about the ex-Mrs. Brad Pitt.

Unlike her Friends co-star Courteney Cox, Aniston controlled her nips and tucks.

She didn’t go crazy by any means, but she definitely dabbled, especially around her cheeks and lips,” the source admitted.

However, when she met Justin Theroux her methods to staying youthful changed.

“That all stopped a couple of years ago, and thanks to a combo of that plus relentless exercise, meticulous diet and little things like cutting back on booze and excessive sun-tanning, the results have been fantastic,” the source spilled on Aniston.
