'Married At First Sight': Chris & Shannon Confront Jona About Rocky Brandin Romance
Jona is "really attracted" to love interest Brandin, but Chris and Shannon don't believe the two are a match! On RadarOnline.com's exclusive Married At First Sight: Honeymoon Island clip, the men confront Jona about his rocky romance, and give him some unsolicited tough love.
"Her mom coming was huge. You know? Like she's a completely different girl since her mom was here," Jona tells his pals, suggesting that their relationship grew stronger after Brandin invited her mother to visit.
"Question," interrupts Shannon. "What is she doing to make you feel comfortable?"
Jona laughs nervously. "You're a good guy, you're a catch too," Shannon assures him, adding that Brandin should also be putting in effort to make him happy instead of him doing all the work.
"Do you think Brandin is really feeling you, or are you just trying to convince her to?" asks Shannon. "I'm trying to show her who I am," answers Jona, looking exasperated.
"The things that you do for her to make her feel good… she should be doing the same things to make you feel good," says Chris.
"At this point I think Jona just needs to be smart about his decisions and make sure that he's receiving at least the same effort that he's putting out and it's a 50:50 effort between him and Brandin." Chris adds in his confessional.
"You can't give 100 percent and have someone give you like a little bit, man," says Shannon, still badgering Jona about his imperfect relationship.

"That's your way, I can," says Jona, clearly angry that his pals are ganging up on him. "I don't feel weird falling on my face if that's what happens. It doesn't shake me."
"I'm not trying to defend her," he adds. "It looks like that to me," replies Shannon.
After taking a breather, Chris and Shannon leave Jona with some words to think about.
"If you said today, 'I'm about to walk out and go home,' would she chase after you?" Chris asks.
"I don't think either one of us would 'chase,'" says Jona, evidently feeling the pressure.
"Would she come after you to try to stop you?" asks Chris.
Hearing Chris' question, Jona is startled, realizing he knows the answer — and it's not good.
