Ben Affleck Will Have Custody Monitor In Jennifer Garner Divorce
Recovering alcoholic Ben Affleck reportedly will be assigned a monitor when he's with his kids by Jennifer Garner.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, court papers obtained from Superior Court of California this week revealed exclusive details on the actress’ request to have her divorce from Affleck finalized.
In the court papers filed on Monday, October 1, Garner, 46, requested that a temporary judge review her court case to speed up the finalization process.
And yesterday, as RadarOnline.com reported, their divorce was finalized —three years after the couple's shocking split. But now comes the hard part--it's being reported that the superstars have reached a custody agreement for their three children. The situation is complicated by Affleck's battle with alcohol.
While the actor and actress agreed to joint custody of their kids long ago, and the legal custody is a no-brainer to jointly make decisions for them, physical custody is another matter.

According to the website, Garner didn't want to strike any custody arrangement until Affleck was sober and stable.
Affleck just told fans he's completed his latest treatment stay in rehab for alcohol addiction, saying he's “fighting for myself and my family.”
“This week I completed a forty day stay at a treatment center for alcohol addiction and remain in outpatient care,” Affleck, 46, wrote on his Instagram page Thursday.
His physical custody agreement with Garner, 46, doesn't specify time division with the kids, but she will reportedly receive most of the custodial time.
When Ben has the children, he will have a monitor to ensure he's sober and Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6, are safe, according to the new report.
