That Bites! Kim Richards Dog Attack Victim ‘Never Saw Penny’ Of $60K Judgment

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fallen star Kim Richards was ordered to pay $266,000 in damages this week to Kelly Crossman, who was mauled by the 53-year-old’s vicious pit bull Kingsley in 2015.

But according to Kay Rozario, 82 — who was awarded a $59,000 judgement after also being attacked by the same dog — “this woman will not see a penny of the money!”

“Kim’s will never pay Kelly and I feel so awful about it,” Rozario told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“I feel so bad for this poor girl because she suffered more than me when I was attacked, which is hard to believe considering my flesh was hanging off of my bones.”

“I still get pain. But Kim will do this to everyone and I do not understand why that dog has not been put down because it keeps attacking people. I have no doubt in my mind that Kingsley will eventually kill someone.”

As previously reported, Rozario’s judgment did not come easy, as Richards’ tried vigorously to avoid the costly settlement.

“I had to sue her for the damages. I couldn’t comprehend how Kim didn’t take responsibility after the first two dog attacks. She doesn’t follow up with anything. She doesn’t ever come through for anyone. She has lost everything and she deserves nothing,” Rozario told RadarOnline.com.

Rozario’s lawyer in the case, Bill Zhudi, confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they did not receive anything from the troubled former reality star!

“I knew collection from Kim would be very hard. Since she won the case Kay has not received a penny from Kim. We are still trying to collect the judgment and pursuing Kim to pay,” the attorney told RadarOnline.com.

Sadly, Rozario and Crossman were not the only victims left scarred by the aggressive dog’s attacks.

In 2015, Kingsley also attacked Kim’s sister Kyle’s daughter, Alexia Umansky, who was forced to leave college to recover from her injuries.”

Do you think that Kingsley should be put down? Sound off in the comments.
