R. Kelly Accused Of Sick Sex Assault in Shocking Lawsuit

R. Kelly has been sued by a woman claiming that she was sexually assaulted by the singer in 2017 and infected with Herpes in court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

“Unfortunately the facts and background of this case are not unique,” the documents filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York in New York County against Robert Sylvester Kelly stated.

“This is a run-of-the-mill R. Kelly sexual abuse case. For over 20 years, women across America have been victimized by defendant, R. Kelly, and have filed eerily similar claims.”

The woman, Faith Rodgers, stated she was 19 when she meet Kelly at a concert in San Antonio, Texas and flew to see him in NYC at a concert in March of 2017.

She described the assault by Kelly in the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

“Following his performance, R. Kelly bombarded plaintiff’s hotel room and initiated unwanted sexual contact  with plaintiff. Defendant disregarded specific statements made by plaintiff that she was “not ready to have sex” with defendant and initiated nonconsensual oral and vaginal intercourse.”

Rodgers’ lawsuit claimed: “After initiating non-permissive, painful and abusive sex with plaintiff defendant immediately insulted and criticized plaintiff concerning her “lack of participation” and physical inadequacies.”

The documents claimed that Kelly infected her with a sexually transmitted disease.

“Pior to initiating sexual contact R. Kelly failed to advise plaintiff that he had herpes - an incurable sexually transmitted disease.

“Plaintiff had been screened for STDs and was found to be disease-free immediately prior to her introduction to R Kelly. Thereafter, and as a result of sexual contact with defendant R. Kelly, plaintiff contracted and was diagnosed with Herpes. Upon information and belief, R. Kelly infected another woman with Herpes prior to infecting plaintiff. At the time defendant, R. Kelly, engaged in sexual contact with plaintiff, he was aware of his infected status.”

Rodgers detailed what she believed to be Kelly’s “modus operandi,” with other women, writing in the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com: “R. Kelly pursues teenage/underage girl, R. Kelly lures teens into what appears to be a genuinely meaningful relationship and R. Kelly videotapes himself having sex with teen without her consent.”

She continued listing his alleged actions: “R. Kelly begins grooming teen into his sexual inner circle, R. Kelly engages in abusive manipulative and controlling behavior designed to mentally break teen and R. Kelly coerces the teen into repeatedly compromising and humiliating sexual conduct to appease his deviant sexual predilections.”

The woman claimed “R. Kelly infects teen with sexually transmitted disease.”

She claimed they had a one-year relationship, during which he “routinely engaged in intimidation, mental, verbal and sexual abuse, during and after sexual contact defendants conduct was designed to humiliate embarrassed intimidate and shame plaintiff.

“He locked her in secluded areas including rooms, studios and motor vehicles, for extended periods of time in order to punish plaintiff for failing to please defendant sexually and or for perceived offenses and violations of his prescribed code of conduct," she claimed in court documents.

She is suing him for sexual battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose an STD.
