“But she doesn’t want to listen to anyone. She started back from her hiatus and is not really in the best condition. She doesn’t seem to be eating as healthy as she should, she is falling asleep at work and she's just not so pleasant to be around.”

“She is different and it is sad,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “Her family wants her to take and extended hiatus, as does everyone else who really cares about her.”

Williams addressed her health when she returned by telling viewers: “I do the show but there are hundreds of people who are the show and they don’t — they don’t really get the credit that they deserve. So thank you to everyone! Thank you. Thank you. And I have to really credit my family, you know, my son Kevin and also my husband Kevin, the love of my life. I could not have done this without you.”

When talking to People magazine about her recovery, Williams said, “I feel a hundred percent better than I was a few months ago. I had a storm going in my body is the best way I can explain it.”

“It came from me neglecting my six-month endocrinology. I have Graves disease and hyperthyroid. If you have one you don’t necessarily have to have the other, but I have both, and I was diagnosed with both 19 years ago,” she added.
