NXIVM's Keith Raniere's Ex Wants Allison Mack To Work With Authorities & 'Get Help'

Keith Raniere's ex-girlfriend, Toni Natalie, wants Allison Mack to tell authorities the truth about the alleged torture women endured within the NXIVM sex cult, she told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Natalie, who dated Raniere for eight years in the '90s, has been following the NXIVM fallout as Raniere and Mack are facing charges of sex trafficking.

"If she's smart, she will work with the authorities and talk about the things that went on so it can help to alleviate the other people that are still trapped into this," Natalie told RadarOnline.com.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Mack was granted release from prison on a $5 million bond on Tuesday in Brooklyn Federal Court. She is now placed on house arrest at her parents' home in Los Alamitos, California while she awaits trial.

Natalie believes if Mack divulges NXIVM's secrets, there could be freedom ahead for the women still stuck in the cult.

"If they see that she's seeing that this is wrong and she's admitted to the fact that there were things done under duress, under coercion, under blackmail, maybe that will help free the slaves," she continued.

Still, Natalie believes Mack "has to be held accountable for her actions."

Additionally, Natalie suggested that Mack is likely a different person now than she was before she became involved with Raniere.

"I don't think that anybody goes into this group the way they come out," she told RadarOnline.com.

Natalie added she'd like to see Mack, and the other women involved, to eventually get counseling.

"Hopefully she will get the help that she needs," said Natalie. "All the girls in NXIVM need psychiatric help."

Natalie concluded: "They need professionals to help them unwind their actions and help them get through this. I think victimizing the victim is not going to help anyone."

Mack's next court date is set for May 3.
