Both Jill and Jessa Duggar are coming forward as molestation victims of their brother Josh, RadarOnline.com can report.

According to Us Weekly, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly spoke exclusively with the sisters, who will identify as victims, as well as parents Jim Bob and Michelle in a TV special to air tonight.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, leaked police documents alleged the father of three, now 27, fondled five minor females living in the family's home multiple times between 2002 and 2003.

RadarOnline.com chose not to identify the victims.

After the horrific report broke, Josh apologized for unspecified behavior in a statement.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret," he told People. "I hurt others, including my family and close friends."

The Duggar family interview will air tonight on Fox News' The Kelly File at 9 pm et.
