The TV personality, and his love (also a designer who's been seen on The Rachel Zoe Project) previously rented this 2,148 sq. ft, two-bedroom, 2 bathroom abode, Realestalker reports.
Amenities in the single-story home, which was designed by John Elgin Woolf and built in 1939, include amazing views of the SoCal canyons, a fireplace with a marbled mantle, a pool with adjacent sunbathing deck, and the coup de gras, a pavilion with open air/seating.
