Kris Humphries' Sister Kaela On Quitting Day Job To Become Plus Sized Model

Kim Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex-sister-in-law Kaela Humphries is living the dream as a plus-sized model!
After recently quitting her day job as a medical sales rep and moving from Minnesota to New York City to pursue a career as a plus-sized model, Kris Humphries’ sister reveals how her life has changed since she signed with Ford Model’s plus-sized division.
“I didn’t know about plus-sized modeling, or that you could make a career out of it,” Humphries admits in the new issue of People magazine.
The 29-year-old, who recently scored a gig as the face of Limited’s Eloquii, admits that just because she isn’t a runway model like Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen, doesn’t mean the pressure is off.
“It’s competitive out there,” she says about the plus-sized industry, divulging that she avoids eating carbs after 8 p.m. and exercises twice a day for two hours.
“Even if I am a plus-size model, I have to be in the best shape for me,” says the size 16 star.
But she does indulge in her favorite treats every once in a while!
“I’ll have the hamburger, but I should probably say I’m getting a salad,” she confesses.
