Modest Now, Heidi? Montag Covers Up Her Plastic Surgery In Conservative Clothes

She may have gone to dangerous lengths to completely transform her body with plastic surgery, but it appears that Heidi Montag would rather cover it up these days!
The Hills star, who has been keeping a relatively low profile lately, enjoyed a dinner date with her husband Spencer Pratt on Tuesday night, keeping her assets under wraps in a cleavage-covering tunic top – and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
The 25-year-old, who underwent multiple procedures in a single day in December 2009 by the late Dr. Frank Ryan, looked contrastingly more conservative than she has in years as the two enjoyed a romantic dinner at a Beverly Hills restaurant.
Since getting her DDD implants, Montag has flaunted them in a variety of barely there bikinis.
Over the weekend, Montag hosted a baby shower for her Hills costar Kristin Cavallari, where she showed off her ample assets in a tight pink top.
