Capital Asset Protection is a commercial collection agency in Calabasas, CA and was assigned the case by Rogers and Cowan in September.

The first court date on the case is set for April 2011.

Mueller is no stranger to publicity. In December 2009, both Mueller and Sheen made headlines when cops were called to a Colorado home occupied by the couple regarding a domestic dispute.

Sheen was arrested and later pled guilty to misdemeanor third degree assault.
