Obama Running Glam Gov?

While Barack Obama rocked the Hollywood vote, evidently Hollywood tried not to rock Obama.

"I think we were all quite aware that we didn't want to blow it for him by endorsing him too loudly," thesp Sigourney Weaver told press - after Obama's decisive victory.

Even avid Barack-backer George Clooney was careful not to over saturate Obama's campaign with his own agenda, opting out of several high-profile functions.

While supporter Matthew Broderick has recently expressed his keen disinterest in attending Obama's Jan. 20 inauguration in D.C. he said, "I know it wouldn't look good if a lot of celebrities pushed out regular Joes to get on that lawn.

"With him, my instincts are celebrities ought to be a little more careful."

It should be noted that while many actors have been quietly beating the drum for Obama, just as many have been opposed to him. More and more conservative Hollywood actors like Kelsey Grammer and Jon Voigt are "coming out of the closet" as it were to make sure their voices are heard.
