Hill A Shoo-In?

Senator Hillary Clinton will go before a panel of her peers today, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, to be questioned and then presumably confirmed as the next Secretary of State. The only potential sticking point -- and it is one she will be able to handle -- is whether she has changed her own foreign policy positions to conform with that of her new boss Barack Obama. The two disagreed on a number of issues during the bitter campaign.

"The one thing about Hillary Clinton that is yet to be seen is does she know who her boss is?" David Bossie, former chief investigator for the U.S. House oversight committee told Fox News. "It is going to be very interesting to watch from the sidelines."

Her confirmation will bring to a boil the question of who will replace her in the senate when Obama takes office a week from today: experienced Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, inexperienced political wannabe Caroline Kennedy, veterans Bill Clinton or former Governor Mario Cuomo, or some dark horse.
