Security Alert! Kris Jenner's Stalker Allegedly Hacks Kourtney Kardashian's E-Mail

Kris Jenner's female stalker has struck again – by allegedly hacking Kourtney Kardashian's e-mail account.

The Blast website obtained court documents that show stalker Christina Bankston wants eight of the 15 counts against her dismissed.

Bankston contends the alleged crimes did not happen in Los Angeles County and legally she can't be tried in the Central District Court just because it's convenient for the "celebrity complaining witnesses."

The motion includes new revelations accusing Bankston of allegedly hacking into Kourtney Kardashian's AOL email account.

It states that on June 11, 2014, the alleged hacker obtained the username, password and security answers for Kourtney's AOL account and gained access.

Bankston is accused of also impersonating Caitlyn Jenner and stealing text messages between the transgender star and her former wife Kris.

In 2017 Bankston was arrested on 15 counts in relation to hacking Jenner's social media accounts, emails and sending her threatening texts.

Prosecutors allege that she harassed Jenner and other Kardashian family members between March and September 2014.

In one incident it was alleged that the stalker hacked into Kris Jenner's Instagram account and posted negative comments about "blacks."

Prosecutors also allege Bankston even called into the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department in 2014, falsely telling authorities about a suicide attempt at Kris' home.

Law enforcement responded to the false alarm – if found guilty Bankston is facing up to 5 years in prison.
